copy & paste the effect information (after effect cs4)
Posted by Mayuko Yoshida on November 11, 2010 at 1:10 amHi, I want to copy & paste the effect information.
How can I do that? I want to replace the image that already has the effect ( position, scale, etc information ) with another image.Paul Minnaar replied 15 years, 8 months ago 3 Members · 3 Replies -

November 11, 2010 at 1:39 pmWhen in the layer with all the effects, press F3 to bring up the effects panel. Select all, ctrl+C and then select the target layer, press F3 and paste (ctrl+V) into the new layer.
Should work

To replace the source footage item for a layer with another footage item, without affecting changes made to the layer properties, select the layer and then Alt-drag (Windows) or Option-drag (Mac OS) the new footage item onto the layer in the Timeline panel.
