  Automatic Duck vs. Boris FX XML Transfer?

  Does anyone have a preference between Automatic Duck and Borix FX XML Transfer for moving sequences from Final Cut Pro to After Effects? They’re both from companies I’ve trusted for a long time, but I’m curious if there are any differences in feature set or reliability.
