Portable lights for shooting video at a hospital
I want to shoot some video with a Sony 4K FDR-AX-100 in a delivery room as a baby is born, and in the recovery room. I have no idea what the lighting will be like in either location, so I want to attach a light to a Vello bracket to the camera.

The genaray LED-7100T is taller but not as wide as the other light

and it has a temperature range of 3200K-5600KThe genaray LED-7500T is wider and not as tall as the other light

2. Which of the two lights would be better?
3. Any suggestions for adding diffusion? Just taping some type of diffusion material to the lights? Thanks in advance.
