  Progressive HDV in Media Composer 2.7.2

  Hey! I’m going to recieve some material thatt’s been recorded in 1080p/25 HDV (PAL), and thats not a part of the Media Composer 2.7.2 package that I have. Does anyone know of a download or a shortcut in anyway, in which I can use the program still. It’s been recorded on the SONY HVR-V1E camera.

  I am pretty sure it has a 1080p/25 project type. As long as frame rate is the same, you can mix formats…

  It does have that so I can use 1080p/25 even though it’s 1080p/25 HDV?

  I know that play and edit will work… I need to look to make sure capture can be done. I will also check v3 Media Composer to see if it added a native 1080p25 HDV capture.
