  SD 633 Boot Loop

  Today on set, as I started putting lavs on talent, I noticed I couldn’t hear talent through the headphones. I looked down, saw the meter bouncing but no out. Fiddled with the headphone jack to no avail. So I just flipped the power off and back on again. It started booting, then crashed. Then started booting, then crashed.

  Right now all it does is flash channel 1-3 led lights. Steady for a few seconds, then blinks twice, steady for a bit, blinks once, then repeats. Even doing a reset with batteries and without, different batteries of double AAs results in nothing.

  Any advice?

  Until then, try a hard reset. Turn the power switch off. Hold the menu button for 7 seconds. Then power back up.

  Check your media: unapproved media can cause these problems

  Also, reformat the media for each project.
