quick tags shortcuts not working
I have set up quick tags but when trying to add tags using [ctrl + the number of the tag ] nothing happens. it is necessary to type in all tags by hand instead. Any idea why?

I have followed this and several other instructions that all say the same. If you hit the [ctrl] + the number of the shortcut it inserts the quick tag. When I do this nothing happens.

Hi Aaron
I can’t reproduce your problem on any of the 3 versions of V Pro that I have. At this point, you may have to consider to un-installing (including clean up of the registry) and re-installing.
P.S.: If you do re-install, make sure that nothing else is running. (anti-virus, skype, etc…)
