  Text Media doesn’t left justify

  Ok, I’m getting really frustrated that Google can’t help me with the problems I’m having tonight. So i registered here and I’m posting three separate questions hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Here is number 1:

  I’m trying to create the “PowerPoint” affect where the first line of text appears, then the second line appears, then the third, etc. I inserted Text Media, made it left justified, typed in my text. Next I created a new keypoint, typed in my 2nd line of text (which is longer). Lastly I repeated for the third line of text.

  The problem is that since the first line of text is the shortest, it changes position on the screen when the second line appears. It’s as if SV says, “Oh, this line is longer, I better make more room and shift everything over”. How do I prevent this? I want the text to stay in the same left justified position the entire time.

  Either use Legacy Text or NewBlue Titler. Both will do what you are wanting. In fact, You can just type in the text and the NewBlue titler can type it on for you.
