  Color Shift Effect? Help!?!

  Hi all, I need help figuring out how to do this, for lack of a better
  word “Color Shift”, out of registration, 3d channels, effect.

  Here’s a post about some ways to create a result similar to what I see in your examples—separating the color components of an image and offsetting each channel’s position.
