Burning a DVD from the timeline in Vegas

September 28, 2013 at 2:22 amIf you wanted a quickie to review your work on a DVD player, I guess it has its place. I just prefer to make the MPEG and AC3 files then use DVDA.
But, you bring up a good question – how does Vegas determine the encoding parameters for the direct to DVD option? My guess is that it is a CBR at a calculated bit rate depending on the length.
