what is going on with those mxf files???
we are talking about sv10 and mxf mpeg2 35mbps PRO files from canon xf100.
2 issues. i have a media AAA. it was used in my project. now i cannot drag it into my project, from windows explorer. it works perfectly with new empty project but not with my old project. vegas crashes.
issue 2.
aa001.mxf – original file from the camera is 900MB. it is a interview. i want to have two audio channels in that file. original and edited, cleaned etc. so i import the file to sv10. from sv10 i open the audio in soundforge, i do the clean up and i come back to vegas. i drag the take to another audio track, so i have 2 audio tracks now – original and edited. i render the file as multichannel audio without video recompression, the same parameters for audio that original file is. so after that i have exactly the same video with replaced audio but with the same parameters as the original file. and you know what? file edited with the above routine is only 500MB.
what happened to 400 MB?problem report says:
