slow motion
Posted by Roger Bansemer on December 17, 2011 at 2:57 pmI type the transcript our PBS show for closed captioning. I’m a fast typist but I want to know if there is a way to slow down my entire project to I can better keep up with it when typing. Even if the voice sounds weird, that would be OK.

December 17, 2011 at 9:26 pmAt the bottom left of the timeline, where you see Rate 0.00,
you will see a small orange triangle, drag it just a slight
bit to the left until you get the pace you can work with.Steve Rhoden

December 17, 2011 at 11:13 pmI’ve tried that and I can make it go faster but when I move it to go slower, it snaps back to normal speed.

December 17, 2011 at 11:28 pmThats because you are dragging it too far.
Drag it at 0.50 and then press play and see.
Or better yet, double click on the Rate and
type in 0.50 etc.Steve Rhoden
