Frame rate Stutter in Vegas Pro 9.0 64 bit
Hi,
I’ve been scouring the forums looking for an answer , which i’m sure it’s a simple setting , that i can’t seem to figure out. I produce videos for my Racing clan on the Xbox, specifically Forza 3. Here’s my problem…
I capture all my footage using a Hauppage HD PVR at 1280x720x60fpsx13.5mbps. I’ve previously been using WMM to splice and dice and produce the replays, but I’m now requiring more editing options then the Windows prog has to offer. I’ve also been beginning to experience frame rate stutter/lag/jitter?? there so i figured the switch over to Vegas Pro 9.0 ( no identifiable suffix) would help.
I’ve tried every (well that i can remember now) setting possible. But it still has the stutter. (think jerky frame rates) Unfortunatly all my files are converted into .wmv( and play silky smooth in Media Player) and i no longer have the .ts original files to work off. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
So far i have moved source files to a different hard drive, and render to a third (7200rpm 16 mb buffer).Any ideas? Target output is for youtube as well as streaming through my xbox( and potentially DVD’s for the guys). So i’m trying to render at 1280x720x30fps.I’ve adjust all the preview option to pull ram away from that.
Thanks in advance for your help, i’m about ready to put my foot through the comp i’m so annoyed and discouraged..lolAMD Dual core 3.0 am2+
