Audio Cuts Out in Rendered Video (Sony Vegas)
I’m having a unique problem with Sony Vegas that I’m hoping you guys can help solve.
My plan was to create a video game commentary where I record myself with a green screen in the background. While this is happening I’m using a Toshiba DVD recorder to record the gameplay as I’m playing. My plan was to finalize the DVD, rip it to my laptop and place the gameplay footage in the background on the green screen, so you can see myself and the gameplay footage playing at the same time.
This worked fine. Each video is roughly 45 minutes long. However, after I render the video the audio works fine until about 10 minutes into the video then all of a sudden both the gameplay audio and my commentary audio cut out at the same time. And it stays that way for the rest of the video. This has happened on two separate computers with two separate movies. However, in the editing suite the audio plays fine.
I’m placing the render settings below that I normally use in the hopes that someone could give me any insights into why this is happening. I currently use Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.0. I’ll take any suggestions no matter how remote. This happens with both wmv formats and avi formats.
