All sorts of issues with Sony Vegas 7.0
Hi guys,
I’ve been having a ton of issues with my Sony Vegas 7.0. Last night, I edited a video, rendered (Which took over an hour to do so) but woke up this morning to it being choppy, skipping, etc; The audio was great. The beginning of it was great as well, but the more it played, it stuck on one still picture from the video and sort of skipped around. I’ve been googling all morning to see if I could fix this problem on my own, and found this forum here, which looks like it gives fantastic advice.
I have tried to change the RAM size on it, have changed the template, the fps, the video in the preview, but nothing seems to be working. This has taken me 3 long days to try and figure out what I am doing wrong, and I just can’t seem to find out.
I have used this program before, and it has worked perfectly fine. But, for some reason.. now that I use these HD videos, it completely messes everything up. System info is below:
AMD Anthlon 64×2 Dual
Core Processor 3800+
2.01 GHz, 3.00 GB of RAMA little outdated computer, but it’s been working fantastic for the past 3 years. Replaced the video card about a year ago. NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT 1GB. I do a lot of gaming, so I’m sure it has nothing to do with my video card, but I do however, believe it could be something to do with my RAM settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. 🙂
