  Sony 9 64 bit

  I upgraded my Dell XPS to Windows 7 64 bit, total of 8 megs memory.

  It is running a zeon quad cpu and a very fast video card.

  I tried to install Sony 9 64 bit but I get an error message “32 bit system”.

  I have uninstalled the 32 bit version of vegas but still get the error message.

  Your help would be appreciated.

  How did you upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit? What was it before? Are you sure you are really running 64-bit? Have you tried to install any other 64-bit software and did it work? Unless you formatted the hard drive and installed Windows 7 64-bit from scratch, I’d say something when wrong with the upgrade.
