right click on the illuminati eye clip, hit properties and tick off maintain aspect ratio

I think there was a windows update (it updates automatically), and I’m using windows 10 if you are wondering.

Edit: I wouldn’t mind formatting my pc, I just want to know if formatting my pc would solve the problem regardless of the error type. Because I honestly don’t think its a hardware issue, something must have gone wrong with files or whatever.
