Hey, I am having the same problem. I have Final Cut Pro v. 6.0.6, it has recognized the card reader in the past, but yesterday I tried using the camera unit, and it didn’t work. So I tried using the card reader again, right after, and still I had no luck! How did you fix the problem? Or did it just out of a sudden started working?

I’ve modified my card speed settings using the Expansion Slot Utility and that fixed the problem! =)
