    No, I don’t think the Brevis has a way to control exposure. It’s all by the stock lens iris, or the prime’s iris. And if I had the money, I would probably buy the P+S as well. But we’re poor artists, so the Brevis is just want we need.

    Thanks for the input! Yeah, the wide shots were really hard to light the rain, what with the small lights that we had. I kept wishing that I had a 2500w HMI.

    And thanks for the sound advice. We plan on doing a little ADR, but we’ll definitely try to put a better slap sound.

    The brevis is awesome. I haven’t used the Letus35 or similar models, but I’ve seen the M2 and P+S in action. With the Brevis, you get your footage upside down, which isn’t a problem when you flip your monitor upside down. And for the price, it’s amazing. I think it’s only 1,300$. It’s got my vote.
