just one quick question…
i want to get a external fw 800 drive from g tech… got a unibody 13inch macbook pro with 4gb and 2.53ghz cpu… the drive is a 5400rpm… will it be an advantage if i get a 7200rpm fw800 drive… when the system is running on a 5400rpm? or would you replace the stock hdd with a 7200rpm?
at the moment i tested 1080p footage from a canon 7d and imported it 1:1 mxf… alot of frame dropping there ^^ playing the original h.264 files is no problem thou…
