My TC is consistently ten video frames (8 film frames) later than the window burn. Is that what you experienced?

I found an “offset” setting in my device control presets, and will look at trying to recapture later today.

Thanks guys, this is some really helpful info.

I guess I’ll have to find out if the up-rezzing is being done by the film-out guys, and if it’s not, upgrade to FCP 5 (thanks Tony!).

I am now assuming that if I stay in FCP for these effects, then the codec doesn’t change, and all the material can be up-rezzed together – once – at the end of the process.
