As far as I know, and from what I’ve read about polarized 3D images, they are projected onto a single screen using two strategically placed projectors. Theses projectors are pre-fitted with special polarized lenses, and the light projected from the left lens will only pass through the left lens of the polarized glasses (same goes for the right). So this leads me to believe that u can probably set your cameras up in your 3D program the same way u would for an anaglyph image..
