Thank you all for your inputs. It is clear to me that this issue started at the shooting of the show. There is a second season of this show on the cards and I was hoping you could advise me what measures I could put in place to avoid similar issues?

I have 30 contestants, which is essentially 15 teams of two
three judges and one presenter.
