Depends what your needs are. Personally I use a smaller XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro : https://www.xp-pen.com/product/479.html display graphics tablet , because I use it for a bunch of adobe programs. But my girlfriend uses an ipad with pen, because she doesn’t really use a computer for work, but just needs something to make sketches on. If you’re already using a pc or adobe programs for graphic design, buy a drawing tablet. If you want something to doodle on, especially on the go, get an ipad.
