Download and try the free version of 5DtoRGB lite from the App store and convert to ProResHQ. See if this fixes the TC issue. If it does, look at the paid version of the App. It allows batch. I am just an end user of the product– no financial connection to the company. I never use L&T. I find 5DtoRGB less problematic, faster as it is multi-core aware, and gives better looking results.
Just a suggestion.

Check info when in video shooting mode. It will show you what picture style you have preset for video.

If shooting HD REC 709, unless you shot flat then try RAW.
Do a test and compare.

I’d recommend trying the free version and see the results for yourself. I would image if all the reel names and assets are the same name they should relink.
Again, it’s free for the version that doesn’t batch. Give it a try.

Go to the App store and download the free utility 5DtoRGB this will solve all of your problems. If you want to do batch transcode to ProRes there is a paid version called 5DtoRGB Batch.

It depend what investment of lenses, accessories you have. I went with the 5D MkIII because I am already invested in Canon lenses. I also wanted to use Magic Lantern which allows me to shoot RAW 14bit 1920×1080 video instead of h.264.

I spoke to AVID tech yesterday. They said there is a glitch in Application Manager. I got the same message, no active license. I had to go to the web page, log in and download. No need to deactivate reactivate here.
