some footage is shoot letterboxed. some is shot in 16:9.
I’m using the default settings as far as the timeline goes.

is there a way to set the timeline to except both formats and NOT squeezing the output (QT file).

another person suggested working in a 4:3 timeline or using the motion tab to change the aspect ratio. how do i change this setting.
