Hello!

1. First, You must choose “Track Select forward Tool”(hotkey “A” in cc 2019) in “Timeline tools pannel”. Then hold down Shift to change it to a single arrow and select the track by the left mouse button .

2. Then, while holding the left mouse button, you have to release the shift button and move the track while holding the left mouse button.

In this case you move video track with the linked audio. If you want to move only video track then:

3. You must choose “Track Select forward Tool”(hotkey “A” in cc 2019) in “Timeline tools pannel”. Then hold down Shift to change it to a single arrow and select track that you need.

4. Then press the right button mouse under selected track and choose “Unlink” in context menu.

5. Repeat stage 1 – 2.
