lol your funny! i did look in the archives that’s the first place i looked, cause i know i asked this question before but lost my notes from way back when. besides i have a hard time reading small print half the time and big the letters help me to see the screen, so like anywayz!!!

easy may it be i was trying to get the effect like on the Janet Jackson video, that’s sorta quake effect is what i was trying to get,i already knew how to move the frame around and throw on a motion blur effects, too simple for me…

“No need to put your title in CAPS, you could of just wrote ” Earth Quake Effect (Urgent)” or something like that.

Okay, your solution is in the COW Archives. It’s amazing to see how much people asked that question before. Of course, I could go look by myself and check that out, bring you the best solutions and you’d have a beautiful answer. But it’s already there in the Archives, so go look 🙂

If I’d were you, I’d simply scale my video footage a bit, and if your footage is less than 10 secs, I’d animate the position, and make the all keyframes only 2 frames apart. Example: Place the position, go 2 frames further, place a new position, 2 frames further…new position…so on…so forth… And then check the Motion Blur (the check and the button, of course). Pretty easy, really.
