Thanks for the info Alex… I am relieved to find that I am not the only person with this crazy problem! I’ll try what you have suggested. However, it appears that if I use a transcoded file (photo-jpeg, .mov container) everything appears normal. But I am noticing a slight loss of detail with photo-jpeg. I guess I’ll try using a different codec or tinker with the settings. Anyway, thanks for showing me the light!
