Hi, I have HDR-TD10 (same electronics and lenses as HXR-NX3D1), which has a similar problem with the right lens. Left lens (MAIN lens) do focus, but right(SUB lens) is out of focus (if you look in the direction of shooting) When shooting in 2D, image is good (then work only left (MAIN) lens), but in 3D image it’s not good .
Function “Auto 3D lens adjust” from the “Camera Settings” menu was made for this setup. But I can’t adjust it. I call the local Sony service, but still no answer. What happens to you?
