So you record to ninja. If it records 60i you must set camera to 60i I guess. Does the mediainfo show bitrate of the clip? Or you can check it in Vegas or file properties.

I dont have any Nikon or Ninja.

Did you shot 60i with your camera or did you render from 60p to 60i. What kind of terrible your 60i is? Is it jumpy frames or just bad quality like big macroblocking (lego like look) or what? If it is jumpy you may have interlacing field order wrong (upper or lower fist). If bad quality bitrate may just be too low.

Most older TVs and Bluray players dont play 60P fullHd. You can render 60i if you want it to play.

My camera Panasonic GH3 records 50Mbs mov wich is same old AVCHD h.264 codec wrapped in .mov because AVCHD standard allows only maximun 28 Mbs. Did I ever actually said that my mov is AVCHD?

    Hi Norman

Thanks a lot for your tip entering fps manually in mc avc. It works now fine in Movie Studio. Quality is way better when I render to higher Mbs. My camera GH3 has indeed very good codec (50 mb/s long gop High profile 4.2 + cabac). High motion high shutter speed frames are like still photograps and sony avc 26Mb/s smoothens they dramatically.
This tip is a must for all GH3 users.

In fact I use Movie Sudio.
Mainconcept AVC in Movie Sudio does not contain 50/60p.
I tried Mainconcept mpeg2. It has 50p 80Mb/s but it is not working!!

Are you guys really happy with standard AVCHD 2.0 quality (50p/60p and 26Mb/s). My GH3 records h264 mov 50Mb/s and it has no heavy marcoblocking and softening like standard AVCHD 2.0.

I will be thankful of your opinions.
