That’s what we thought… in that when you set the Data Rate, that should be a CBR as you’ve no option to select VBR or CBR. However, when a client of our looks at the ‘shape’ or profile of the files we supply, he says the data rate is peaking at over 128kbps (we set the rate at 80kbps) and he needs it to stay betweem 80-90kbps.
