Works on 4 year old laptop fine.

Should I reformat my desktop to get passed this phase?

Its had updates for the past couple of days, 1 or 2 here and there. Should I uninstall again and reinstallt to get past the screw ups? I think the ram is fine imo, I can run all my games like normal. No lag, nothing, multiple programs up. Just Vegas is wanting to grind my gears.
