I just saw where Sears has flood lights on sale cheap. They run 3200k. I just need to set these far enough away so they don’t overpower the green screen.

However, I will experiment day of shoot after filming and post back results for those interested. I am.

I will be shooting with my Sony NXCAM – it has a built in 10 bit 4.2.2 uncompressed HD- SDI connector. I will be using this output to capture to my BlackMagic HyperDeck Shuttle. Yeah – Had to mention that. I’m excited to see results for 1st time.

I am having the same problems – exactly how you posted – my subjects are out of focus and the background is in focus just like your pictures. Did Sony ever come up with a way to fix this or am I stuck with a $4000.00 camera that can’t focus?

Yes – my gain is sat at 0db. I guess i really need to blast more light then. I can’t think what eles would cause this accept a 24mb avchd rate.
