See MXF format organizes one video track and 2 audio tracks in their own separate files contained within one folder, and then editing programs such as FCP, Avid, or Vegas, detect the format and when importing the footage they combine the files into one single importable file through their media browsers. So when looking through folder on your desktop there are 3 separate files. Which makes copying 3 files for each clip into a base-folder quite tricky, as I’m not sure if it will recognize that they’re MXF type files when there are a whole bnuch all together. I’ll try it and see what happens.
