wa have the same issue with Atem TV Studio. Two times, absolutelly randomly, we have got 100 % quality output. See https://atemuser.com/forums/atem-vision-mixers/blackmagic-atems/atem-tv-studio-and-pc-hdmi-input-font-graphic-quality-pro
