  • After a little more investigation, I have come up with a theory that it is the ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT that is having issues with Premiere. The odd thing is that its giving you a problem on the Mac side and not on the windows side. I have the newest version of Leopard (all the software updates) and don’t have an issue.

  • Wow, its good to see someone else is having a similar issue to me, although, while my hardware is similar, my software setup is a little different.

    We are running the following:

    – Mac Intel 8-core 2.8 Ghz
    – 8 GB Ram
    – Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit (under boot camp) w/ all the updates
    – ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 w/ newest drivers
    – Blackmagic Multibridge Pro

Now, I will say that everything works just fine under the Mac side of things but I have issues on the Windows side (both 32bit & 64bit). I have tried changing my Decklink playback settings to both openGL & Direct3D and have not had any luck (as per Blackmagic Support’s Recommendations).

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, just wondering if you had found a permanent fix for this problem? I currently am having this problem (and have been having this annoying little problem for a while) and was hoping for a fix.

    Let me know,

    Thanks,

    Todd

    Hey Dave,

That worked… thanks (I should have been able to figure that out on my own 🙂
