You can unlock almost any of the 400 series and up geforce cards gpu acceleration in Premiere Pro. I have a 450 GTS unlocked for adobe and it makes a fantastic difference. All you need to do is edit the file in named cuda_supported_cards.txt in the PP main folder, and add your cards profile name to the list.
