The secret to this problem seems to be is if a sequence is in a seperate tab or sub-folder of the main project, it isn’t recognized (or at least not all of the time), but if the triangle is twirled down and the seuence can now be seen in the main project folder, then it can be exported to compressor without the error message.

I’ve tried this after a recent bout with the error and it seemed to be the answer.
