When I put the ASF file on the timeline I can hear audio, but not see the video. Is this a setting that I need to change?

The Bitrates that I encode for are:
225Kbps 29.97 fps 320×240
148kbps 29.97 fps 320×240
58 15 fps 320×240

70 kbps audio only

I have been editing the programs in vegas then exporting to WME to get the other bitrates (I think these Bit rates came from the IT guys where I work)
Newbie question: Can I use WME inside Vegas?
