[The Missing limk]

yes I bought it for Edius pro4 it installs fine but I cant get it to output any alpha channels so I cant see any of the effects i apply to text or images like light rays or streaks I’ve tried to contact Boris support but no reply for 2 weeks I really need these FX for a commercial I’m editing and am happy to pay the extra if something actually works or for some support if I’m doing something wrong
any help welcome
