Advanced 3D is on. I’m not entirely sure what you mean by a “real” camera. If you asking whether I’ve added a camera to the composition, rather than just using the default camera, then yes, I have.

I agree though, it seems to be a z clipping issue, though I don’t have any idea how to fix it. I’ve rendered the whole thing a few times with and without motion blur, subtly changing some export settings and upon multiple viewings, I’m reasonably certain the layers are disappearing and reappearing at the same frames every time ~ in other words, it’s not quite as random as I had originally thought. It still think it’s a glitch though, a glitch that produces the same exact mistakes each time I export or preview.
