Nope, JVC Europe didn’t help at all.
But after a long search on internet I found the service manual and I could fix the problem.
JVC Europe is very bad in helping.

Thanks so much for your detailed answer.
I found a very cheap MXO2 (second hand, 50 euro) and may be this will be the solution. Thanks!

This will be the option I will use for this moment.

And GLEN, also thanks, that will be the option for the near future. May I ask which capture device you will advice?

Thanks John, A tried earlies this week, whitout result.

What I did, was (after backup my mediafiles) a new installation of XP and AVID XPRESS and it works again without any problem.
