I have been having problems with this for years now, since v9. Still haven’t found a solution. This is a BIG issue. 4k content is becoming the norm and this causes a lot of problems for more and more people.

Same issue. I too do not have any other machine to load all this work onto. This is a MAJOR issue. I’m in DaVinci 10.1. Re-Install of DaVinci doesn’t do the trick.

PC can read Prores it just isn’t able to write it without a 3rd party software.
