One more question, I uploaded with quicktime and my camera records by 720 by 480 and quicktimes biggest is 640 by 480. Is there something I can download for quicktime to make it the size i need? Thanks you again

Wow, thank you very very much. This helped with all my problems. Quicktime Pro does upload the footage perfectly and the sync worked perfect. Thank you so much for your time! =D

Well I am using Adobe After Effects CS4 and CS3 (either one) and mny cousin asked me to make him a intro to his new movies and i know how to do everything else i just need to know how to make the numbers count up from 0 to 112.
