Yes, I’m having the same problem with a set of videos of an animated T.V. series (Noah’s Island) from YouTube that I want to significantly improve the picture quality; as the videos are only 360p × 240p in resolution, the colours washed out, faded and too bright, and are quite blurry there (i.e.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVek5eQcccQ)! This is because, when I tried to upscale them to 1280p × 720p in resolution via Cloud Convert as well as via AVS Video Editor, it looks just as bad in terms of picture quality!!! Therefore, is there any way to convert them from 360p × 240p in native resolution to 1280p × 720p in native resolution or even just 640p × 480p (or least upsacale them in such a way that I don’t see any noticeable “checkerboarding” digital video artifacts that result from the pixels in being too large to be invisible to me on a 24″ HD T.V. screen???
