My original footage is 25fps 1080 – so would picking 1080i 59.94 DNxHD 220 10bit be ok?
Also when I select this option and press OK and come back into premiers export settings, it is no longer progressive on the settings (which is what they asked for) and the frame rate is still saying 25.
Can you help with this please?

Thankyou so much for those suggestions Lenny! Not %100 sure on how to do those things though. The last suggestion…. if I export from PP in a 1080 hi res whatever format, I can then convert that in that FFMPEG program to ProRes? Is it as simple as that or will there be numerous settings that I will need to change?
I’m sorry for my stupidity, I never expected a large record label to want to use one of my videos at this stage in my career!!
