Getting old!!!
Had cerebral flatulence and “forgot” how simple the FCP interface allows you to insert audio or video by itself.
I’ve been working around by going to end of clip and inserting A&V. Then cutting the video then sliding my audio into place on the separate track.
Thanks for shaking out the cobwebs.
