I figured out what is was. I didn’t import as a sequence. I brought the file in from the media browser as a tiff sequence and all is well.

I made the search area for the track points(the outside box) quite a bit bigger and that seemed to do the trick.

Thanks Simon. I’m working on Andrew’s project. I will try adding effects as you suggested. I’m using AA 6.5 but I doubt that should make any difference in the tracking.
