I’m using a Lacie SATA in RAID 0 (with 5 drives) through the an Express Card to Sata card.
I can capture with no problem if I disconnect the rs422 cable so I don’t think it’s the computers speed causing the problem.

Anyway it is not possible to work in a PRO edit suite with the IoHD as the audio is not in sync when using SDI output in ProRes SD…

Yes I’m using AJA IoHD : 25 Sony VTR.
And even when I put non-controllable device after 2 minutes the computer stops capturing and it tells me that there is a TC dropout. And on the tape there isn’t any TC break…

I have the exact same problem trying to capture from a HDW-M2000 and from a DVW-M2000P using a FCP 6.0.3, Io HD, MacBook Pro 2.6GH, 4GB Ram.

I’m using the Rs422 to capture the Timecode and I never found a solution…
