You are asking a lot for not a lot of money. If you are using your camera to make money, you need to make an investment. Spend $3500-$5000. There is a lot to offer in that price range. The Panasonic AG-AC130a and 160a offer the best bang for the buck with the best warrantee in the industry. Your only alternative is JVC HMC600 or 700 series.

For microphone, I have a bracket that attaches to the side of the Anton Bauer Battery plate.
I use an 11″ arm attached to the 1/4″ screw at the top rear of the camera for monitor. I also use a short or long arm in the front for my led light on camera light.

If the translator/subtitler are experienced, this job should be very simple. 3 minute videos take up very little space.

Keep it simple. Export a Self-Contaned QuickTime Movie. Drop that file into Compressor and choose and modify your Compressor setting to meet the broadcasters requirements.

I have no clue. The colleague should have taken advantage of the Liquid to Media Composer upgrade. If they purchased before 3-10-10, I believe they are still eligible.

Matrox Compress HD PCIe card or Matrox i/o box with Maxx Option. The other solution is Elgato’s Turbo .264 HD.

Not much you can do as far as wmv accelerators. Episode Pro and Squeeze are the best solutions.
